He received training from the NAHB Government Affairs staff, enabling him to testify before Congress and provide briefings to members of the House and Senate on crucial housing matters.

Jason, a prominent UK attorney, possesses an impressive professional background. Initially, he held the esteemed position of nationwide manager at BerrmansLace Mawer, a renowned financial services specialist. Later, Jason assumed the responsibility of overseeing legal and compliance matters in more than 90 countries for Sun Microsystems, an expansive role that involved managing transactions amounting to over €1.5 billion annually.
Notably, Jason’s leadership skills led him to become the CEO of Financial Partners Bank, where he successfully catered to the needs of over 12,000 clients and handled assets under administration totaling $1.2 billion. He played a pivotal role in drafting the legislation that established the pioneering Special Economic Zones in Dubai, showcasing his expertise in shaping crucial legal frameworks.
Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Cayman Enterprise City, a prominent venture, along with the Cayman Commodities and Derivative Exchange. He serves on the City of San Diego Mayor’s Advisory Group and has held positions on the Equal Opportunity Commission, Parks & Recreation Board, and Regional Oversight Committees, all appointed by the Mayor. Ron’s dedication to the community has been evident throughout his involvement in San Diego’s civic affairs for many years.

Brian Glass has a background in architecture, engineering, product design and development. He spent ten years at Starbucks Coffee Company growing their store base from 400 to over 8,000 stores with responsibility for the Architectural and Engineering systems used by over 200 in-house CAD production personnel, and real estate and construction teams around the world for new store and remodel construction expenditures more than $250 million per year. As a store concept manager, Brian was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop new store operations, design, and construction programs in the United States and internationally. As the manager of Architectural and Engineering Services, his team provided the CAD tools and systems, design and construction standards and specifications, due diligence tools for site selection and site surveys, construction document distribution and archival, modular cabinet systems for store design and construction, custom furniture, signage, lighting, flooring, menu boards, drive thru equipment, security systems, a national paint program, and Starbuck’s change management program with over 300 change requests at any given time for everything from a new bathroom faucet to new menu boards.
Brian also provided construction management services for Boyd/Wilson in the Vancouver Canada market and has a homebuilding business based in Seattle, Washington, and Bend, Oregon.
Dr. Erin Boyd, the Chief Economist at AZUR, brings a wealth of expertise with over fifteen years of experience. With a strong background in analyzing the economic and financial feasibility of investments, energy policy formulation, and regulatory design, Dr. Boyd excels in crafting effective incentives and providing insightful opinions and models for understanding the drivers of energy supply and demand. Combining quantitative skills with strategic thinking, Dr. Boyd has lent her expertise to projects spanning across more than 30 countries, acting as a consultant to the World Bank. She holds a PHD from the prestigious University of London.
Norris Boyd started Boyd/Wilson Companies [previously Clabell Company] with his mother Elva Boyd Wilson (deceased) and brother Lawrence D. Boyd (deceased) in 1982. Prior to that, he served our country in the United States Air Force, having graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1969.
Involved in commercial real estate in various capacities since 1974, from clearing sewer pipes, to negotiating financing, to planning and building projects, he has been involved in all of it. There is no aspect of this industry that he doesn’t have experience. His experience, character and vision are apparent in Boyd Wilson’s strong foundation and growth over the years.
During the 80s and early 90s Norris served as President and Board Member at the United Way of Lancaster County, PA. He led with his mother Elva Boyd Wilson to establish a legacy with the United Way of Lancaster County of supporting women in business. Today, Norris serves on the County Planning Commission of Pend Oreille County, Washington.
